Brad Patnaude

Brad spent the first six years of his career at an investment management company in Boston, MA.

​

His primary role was consulting wealth managers across the United States.
 

As a consultant, Brad earned multiple securities licenses, and provided financial advisors with the latest strategies, investment opportunities, and market insights for high-net-worth families, small businesses, and individual investors.

​

In 2019, after generating over $215 million in mutual fund sales, Brad seized an opportunity to start his own business.​ focused on real estate investment & development.  ​

 

Since that time Brad has successfully completed multiple real estate development projects, brokered deals to publicly traded companies, acquired a small business, and built a portfolio of investment properties in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Brad now has over a decade of experience in the investment industry and over five years experience as an entrepreneur.

Most recently he was responsible for identifying Adamson Industries as a target, and leading a successful acquisition process. Simultaneously he facilitated a deal with CHOICE Hotels to bring a new 109 room hotel to Portsmouth NH.

Brad enjoys connecting developers, builders, investors, and property owners to create significant value through strategic partnerships and transactions.
