We currently hold equity positions in residential subdivisions, mixed use/multi family, Small Business, and industrial property.

Water Bear Capital is interested in acquiring both residential and commercial property.
We have successfully acquired, subdivided, and developed raw land, built custom homes, and overseen the renovation of existing homes.

We currently have multiple single family homes under construction, and own commercial property in Haverhill MA & Manchester NH
Small Business M&A
Water Bear Capital is actively seeking opportunities to acquire additional small businesses across a range of industries.
Most recently we successfully lead the acquisition of Adamson Industries; An upfitter of emergency vehicles.

My goal is to help individuals and businesses across New England make and complete deals. I’ve taken on a variety of small and large-scale projects, from single family real estate deals, to small business M/A.
